Big Main Dish Salads...It's What's For Dinner!
For the last couple of days I've been craving a big crisp salad since it's been a while since I've had one. So, for dinner this evening, I went ahead and made them for us. I piled my ginormous Le Creuset stoneware pasta bowls full of lettuce, red cabbage, carrots, tomatoes, shredded cheese, toasted pumpkin seeds and chicken breast and then topped it with my Buttermilk Ranch Dressing. This was EXACTLY what I have been craving! I snapped a few quick photos below. Enjoy!
