Low Carb, Grain Free & Gluten Free PIZZA
This evening both boys came for dinner. I made pizza (I actually made 2 large pizzas). I used my low carb, grain free pizza crust that uses ground chia seeds (instead of ground flaxseeds) along with almond flour and other ingredients. I usually make a 10-inch pizza with a regular batch of pizza dough but I decided to make huge monster sized 14-inch pizzas, so I doubled the crust recipe for each large pizza. It turned out great. I snapped a photo of the one that I shared with one of my sons (hubby and other son had different toppings on their pizza). The pizza in the photo is topped with sauce, mozzarella, pepperoni (Fiorucci brand), red bell peppers, Poblano peppers, onions and mushrooms. It turned out amazing!
