Grilled Steak & Salad - 15-minute Low Carb Meal
This evening I kept dinner short and sweet. I had a couple of steaks left from the weekend that needed to be cooked so I seasoned them with McCormick's Grill Mates Montreal Steak Seasoning and grilled them for 4 to 5 minutes per side. While they were cooking, I placed a bagged salad mixture on our plates and quickly sauteed a few fresh mushrooms. From start to finish was only about 15 minutes and it was quick, easy and delicious. It was another hot and humid day here even though they predicted drier air and a cool front would move in last night...NOT! Tonight's meal was the perfect easy meal. I snapped a quick photo below.
