Pimento Cheese Burgers
Ingredients:
1 pound ground beef
2 to 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
3/4 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
3 tablespoons diced pimentos, drained
Chipotle seasoning, to taste
Directions:
Combine first 4 ingredients in a medium bowl. Divide and shape into 3 patties, about 3/4-inch thick. Make a slight indentation in the center to help keep the burgers level as they cook. Season with chipotle seasoning and grill on a hot grill for approximately 5 to 6 minutes per side or to desired doneness.
I really love the way that you've been presenting your old recipes in themed groups lately. I am looking forward to making all of your "side dishes for cookout season," especially the zucchini fries and squash casserole.
ReplyDeleteThanks for all that you do. You make low-carb taste really delicious!
Hi Marianne,
ReplyDeleteThanks. I've been grouping some of my favorites because as I go back through all my 3 years of archives, I realize that for many new blog followers, it makes it a easier to find some of them if I bring them back like this. I must admit that it's help remind me of some that I'd like to make again soon, too! ;-)
Hi GGC,
