Late Saturday Brunch - Eggs, Sausage & Soda Bread
This morning we enjoyed sleeping in late for a change. Although it's bright and sunny outside, it's quite chilly and only up to about 36 degrees here in the early afternoon. We had a simple breakfast of eggs and sausage that I served alongside some of my sliced oven toasted Irish Soda Bread. It was delicious alongside a cup of coffee. I snapped a quick photo below.
