Lasagna Pie - Low Carb & Grain Free
Last night both of my sons came for dinner. I made my "Lasagna Pie", steamed broccoli and Garlic Rolls for dinner. I used browned hot Italian Chicken Sausage in the sauce this time instead of ground beef and Rao's Arrabbiata Sauce to make it a bit spicy. We enjoyed the leftovers for dinner again this evening. For the noodles, I use my grain-free tortillas and you can't tell the difference between them and regular noodles. Check out my previous post where I did a pictorial step-by-step assembly of this delicious round lasagna ---> Lasagna Pie. I snapped a few photos of this evening's meal below. Enjoy!

Hi Anonymous,
LOL...not sure if lasagna would be good with cranberries or not...but I'd sure be willing to try! ;-)
Hi Anonymous (not sure if it's the same person or not)...thanks for the cranberry link! I would absolutely LOVE to see that in person. As a matter of fact, I would love to take a little dip (as in swim) in them too, although I imagine its probably pretty chilly water they are in. ;-)
