My 15-lb turkey comes out of the oven in about 45 minutes. My 8-pound turkey breast is cooked to perfection after slow cooking overnight for about 11 hours. I baked a batch of my Buttermilk Biscuits first thing this morning before putting the turkey in the oven and will soon begin the annual juggle of trying to bake all the various casseroles and side dishes to have them all hot and ready at the same time. I hope whatever you are making today turns out wonderful and that you enjoy this day with those that you love. As the Publix Thanksgiving commercial says..."here's to the day that may not always be flawless...but it's always perfect."
