Your oven is gorgeous. We just moved into an apartment where the oven doesn't even have a window. Who designs these things?! I'm loving all of your recipes. So far, I've made your roasted sockeye salmon, your white fish in saffron cream sauce and your summer squash casserole. I'll definitely have to give this a try! :-)
ReplyDeleteThanks Tekesha!
ReplyDeleteI agree with you...who would design an oven without a window! So glad you are enjoying the recipes and hope you like this one too! :-)
My favorite-est! :-) I've aldo made your almond flax bread several times now and really like it alot. That's what I especially liked about your oven too. When I first saw the picture of it with something cooking in it, I loved being able to clearly see what was in there. It doesn't take much to make me happy either. Happy cooking!
ReplyDeleteHi Loretta,
ReplyDeleteI'm so happy you like this recipe too! Thanks! :-)
Hi GGC,
ReplyDeleteWhat a beautiful oven ... perfect for a beautiful spinach pie, my all-time favorite! :-)
Hi CyberSis,
ReplyDeleteThanks! I forgot how much I missed this spinach pie. I'm looking forward to the leftovers for lunch. :-)
