These are the ramblings of a self-described wheat, grain and gluten-free “gourmet girl” that loves to cook and eat good food. I love creating and sharing recipes and photographing “beautiful food”. In July 2012, I eliminated wheat, grains and added sugar from my diet and rediscovered real, whole fresh foods again and effortlessly lost 65+ pounds. Join me in my wheat, grain and gluten-free journey. See how easy it is to enjoy grain free gourmet, one meal at a time! Welcome to my blog. Enjoy!
So glad to see this! Maybe this will help spread the word faster!
ReplyDeleteYou made the big time !! :-)
ReplyDeleteHi Darlene -- I hope it does help spread it faster. I would love for everyone to reap the benefits of a wheat/grain-free lifestyle! :-)
ReplyDeleteHi Loretta -- LOL...I'm not sure about big time, but I will say I was very honored. I am a loyal Wheat Belly follower and believer. I do my best to make it as easy and "do-able" as I possibly can for folks that might be stuck or overwhelmed by posting and sharing my "food journey" and recipes. I want everyone to SEE that it can be done...and deliciously! :-)
ReplyDeleteMy doctor took me off dairy for the time being, no cheese, no milk, no yogurt. I open the refrigerator door and wistfully look at the feta cheese I bought for my next Greek Spinach Feta Pie !!
ReplyDeleteCongratulations, GGC! This is wonderful! The magazine is beautiful and your contribution to the very first issue is very special, indeed. The recipe and photo are classic GGC ... Gorgeous. A feast for the eyes and the palate. I have all the ingredients ... this will be on the menu tomorrow. :-)
ReplyDeleteWooHoo GG! Thank you for the news of a Wheat-Free Magazine!

Thank you for all you do in providing delicious recipes.
Oh no, Loretta! Lets hope that maybe you will be lucky and it won't be a permanent thing. Maybe you could swap the cheese for bacon? ;-)
ReplyDeleteHi CyberSis -- Thanks! I hope you enjoy the soup -- it is super simple to make! Thanks to Mother Nature you will have the "soup weather" to enjoy it in! ;-)
ReplyDeleteHi Peg! I am not really sure. I've read that it may be available in a couple of months. I'm sure they will let us know as soon as its available for subscription. Thanks for the kind comments! :-)
