NEWS FLASH - "Wheat-Free Living Magazine" - Inaugural Issue Released

This information is so exciting that it deserves its own post, so I decided to share it here with everyone as well as on my Facebook page. The Wheat Belly Lifestyle Institute, by Dr. William Davis, just published its inaugural edition of their new digital magazine, "Wheat-Free Living". The magazine is absolutely beautiful and filled with all kinds of great information, success stories and other interesting articles. When you get a chance, be sure to check it out! It's top notch!

  4. Hi Loretta -- LOL...I'm not sure about big time, but I will say I was very honored. I am a loyal Wheat Belly follower and believer. I do my best to make it as easy and "do-able" as I possibly can for folks that might be stuck or overwhelmed by posting and sharing my "food journey" and recipes. I want everyone to SEE that it can be done...and deliciously! :-)

  5. My doctor took me off dairy for the time being, no cheese, no milk, no yogurt. I open the refrigerator door and wistfully look at the feta cheese I bought for my next Greek Spinach Feta Pie !!

  6. Congratulations, GGC! This is wonderful! The magazine is beautiful and your contribution to the very first issue is very special, indeed. The recipe and photo are classic GGC ... Gorgeous. A feast for the eyes and the palate. I have all the ingredients ... this will be on the menu tomorrow. :-)
