Happy Thanksgiving to everyone...from my home to yours. May you all be blessed with family, friends and good health...and as always, good food!
These are the ramblings of a self-described wheat, grain and gluten-free “gourmet girl” that loves to cook and eat good food. I love creating and sharing recipes and photographing “beautiful food”. In July 2012, I eliminated wheat, grains and added sugar from my diet and rediscovered real, whole fresh foods again and effortlessly lost 65+ pounds. Join me in my wheat, grain and gluten-free journey. See how easy it is to enjoy grain free gourmet, one meal at a time! Welcome to my blog. Enjoy!

Hi GGC,
Hope you'll be taking some much deserved time off. May you be blessed with many yummy leftovers! :-)
Wishing you and yours a very blessed Thanksgiving. Thank you so much for all that you do and for sharing your wonderful recipes, you have inspired so many people and that is truly a gift. Now perhaps we can all encourage you to publish a cookbook? I have a feeling it would be a huge success. Enjoy the day with your family. Maria
Hi CyberSis -- hope you had a nice Thanksgiving! It is almost 1:00 in the morning and I have one son left here who has dozed off on the sofa along with my hubby...LOL. I have tons of leftovers left -- so will need to be creative in finding ways to use them up -- I'm thinking turkey pot pie, turkey noodle soup...turkey salad....maybe turkey divan...but who knows if I will get tired of turkey before I visit all those ideas! ;-)
Thanks so much, Maria! I hope you had a wonderful day with your family, too. It has been a busy day...but I enjoyed it. Thanks for your kind remarks, too! Maybe one day I will get around to doing a cookbook, too! :-)
Hi GGC,
We didn't have Thanksgiving at home, so I got out of all the prep work ... but unfortunately, no left-overs, either.
I've thought all along that you should do a cookbook, but I didn't want to "presume." But now that Maria has broken the ice ... :-)
Hi CyberSis -- leftovers are good...but I have so much -- 2 refrigerators full! I do look forward to reheating the dinner "as is" at least once and then will figure out what kinds of other ways to use them. LOL on breaking the ice! ;-)
