Dinner with My Son...
Today hubby was in a conference all day long again and didn't get home until late. My youngest son decided to take advantage of some one-on-one time with me and took me to a late lunch/early dinner. Now, how sweet is that??? I haven't eaten out since starting WB a little over 13 weeks ago. He took me to one of my favorite places to eat...Atlanta Fish Market. I ordered my usual meal with the exception of one of the sides (they serve 2 with your meal). I usually order the whipped sweet potatoes and the thin green beans along with my broiled salmon...but because I'm pretty sure they add sugar to their whipped sweet potatoes, I ordered a veggie medley in its place (cauliflower, green beans, broccoli and carrot). It was so good. They serve the salmon with a light lemon and olive oil sauce on the side...but I am not particularly fond of sauces with my salmon so I didn't use the sauce. I specifically checked to make sure they don't add any kind of flour while preparing the fish and they do not add any to the broiled fish. It was absolutely delicious. My son had the Hong Kong style salmon over a bed of spinach with sticky rice. We both absolutely loved our meals. So, tonight the only picture I have to share is the delicious meal my son treated me to today. Enjoy!
