Beautiful Sunday Breakfast...
Happy Sunday! It is a beautiful sunny morning here and even though it is supposed to be hot later today, the morning is very pleasant and in the 70s. This morning I made a beautiful but simple breakfast. I split and lightly browned an Applegate Farms Fire Roasted Red Pepper Sausage (organic and nitrite free turkey and chicken), fried a brown organic egg and lightly grilled a slice of Paleo Bread made with coconut flour. I served it with a small cup of fresh blueberries, strawberries and raspberries and a cup of Wild Mountain Blueberry coffee. It was tasty, delicious and nutritious!
