This evening we had to take our puppy back to the vet because he injured his leg when he almost fell off the exam table at the vet this past Saturday morning and he's been limping ever since. That little extra jaunt made us get home later than we usually do so there was less time to get dinner on the table. When we got home I put some frozen breaded chicken tenders in the oven that only take about 25 minutes to bake. While the chicken baked, I made some Black Pepper Cheddar Biscuits to make chicken biscuits with. I served the chicken biscuits with a salad loaded with Cherub tomatoes. It was an easy dinner and we were finished by 7:30. Not too bad! I snapped a picture below for you to see as well as a link for the biscuits that I have posted before. Enjoy!
