This evening I decided we would go "meatless" for dinner. I had one more package left of Pasta Prima's Grilled Garden Vegetable Ravioli as well as a jar of DelGrosso's Vodka Celebration Sauce that I have been wanting to try. So, tonight we enjoyed a simple meal of this delicious ravioli topped with the delicious sauce...no other additions other than topping it with some shredded Sargento Parmesan. You have no idea how hard it was for me not to tinker with it and add other veggies, etc....but I am
so glad I didn't and that we ate it "au naturale" because it was absolutely delicious just the way it was. I must say, I was very impressed with this sauce. I typically don't care for Vodka Pasta Sauce...but this one was delicious and I would most definitely buy it again. One more note is that this meal took less than 15 minutes to make...and most of that was simply waiting for the pot of water to boil. The ravioli only take 5 minutes to cook.
